In the moving industry, high-value items are considered those worth over $5,000, or more than C$125 per pound.

Can I rent storage space?

Yes, Trivra Moving offers secure warehouse storage for both individuals and businesses. We provide short-term, temporary, and long-term storage options, ensuring your belongings remain safe and accessible when you need them.

Can you help me pack for my move?

Absolutely. Our professional packers can assist with full or partial packing to save you time and effort. We use high-quality materials to protect your belongings and ensure everything is packed safely for transit.

Can you help disassemble furniture?

Yes, our movers can disassemble and reassemble your furniture upon request. Please note that this service may add extra time and cost to your move. Let us know in advance if any specific furniture items require disassembly so we can prepare the right tools.

Do you offer moving boxes and packing products?

How far in advance should I book my move?

We recommend booking your move as early as possible. Early scheduling ensures you secure your preferred date and gives you ample time to plan, prepare, and organize your relocation smoothly.

What is an in-home estimate?

An in-home estimate involves one of our moving specialists visiting your location to assess your belongings. This allows us to provide an accurate quote and discuss key details like packing, special handling, and scheduling.

When and how do I pay for my move?

Payment is required before the completion of delivery.

  • If paying in cash, the team leader will collect payment before unloading begins.
  • Other payment methods must be pre-arranged and approved by our office prior to the move.
Do you charge a minimum number of hours?

Yes. Trivra Moving applies a three-hour minimum for all moving services. Additional time is billed in half-hour increments.

Can you move plants?

Yes, if they fit safely in the truck. However, we are not plant specialists and cannot guarantee the health of plants during transport. If your plants require temperature or humidity control, please consult an expert beforehand.

What size boxes do I need for packing?

The right box depends on what you’re packing. Here’s a quick guide:

  • 2-cube boxes: For heavy items like books or tools.
  • 4-cube boxes: For lightweight or oddly shaped items such as linens or small appliances.
  • TV boxes: For flat-screen televisions.
  • Picture boxes: For mirrors, artwork, or framed photos.
